Facts:
1. Will show P.S.S. Trucking and its Manager or Managers has engaged in, and carried out a For Profit Scheme. that was designed to deceive individual truck drivers to entering into lease purchase contracts. with PSS Trucking.

2. P.S.S Manager would claim to be the owner of the motor vehicles that PS.S trucking had in their lease purchase program.

3. PS.S> Trucking and its Manager would further claim in their written contracts that the lessee would become the owner, if the lessee complied with the terms and condition set forth in their PS.S lease purchase contract, throughout the fixed period that had been set in the lessees;s written contract.

4. The facts will show that P.S.S manager withheld crucial information from those individual that were victimized by P.S.S and its manager unlawful lease purchase schemes.

5. P.S.S manager failed to mention the one fact that would have exposed their plot to be nothing but a money grabbing scheme for P.S.S Trucking and its managers.

6.P.S.S manager willfully failed to mention to these individual who were victimized by their schemes, this crucial fact. That was that neither. P.S.S or its manager, or managers owned any trucks with a clean title , that would have allowed a lessee to take ownership of the vehicle, they thought would be theirs, once the fixed period was up.

7.P.S.S manger would inform those individuals who had a bogus P.S.S lease purchase contract in August and September of 2010, that P.S.S. and its operation manager had to relinquish those trucks, P.S.S had used in their lease purchase Scheme, and would be no refund of monies for those drivers who was victimized by P.S.S and its manager scheme.

8. It's unmistakably clear that P.S.S. manager had knowledge, and forethought as to how they would word-smith their lease purchase contracts, in order to induce truck drivers into becoming unexpected victims of P.S.S and its manager or managers unlawful schemes.

9.On behalf of the individuals that have been victimized by the manager of mangers and associates of Professional Storage Service...Their address is 6700 16Th Avenue SW Cedar Rapids, IA 52404, I here by ask the Court to intervene and address this matter at the Courts earliest convenience to ensure that neither P.S.S or any of it mangers or associates will be allowed to shake down any other driver, and or continue their criminal activities. This would include their unlawful retaliatory actions against individuals for speaking about their Criminal Activities at P.S.S.
